What a nice surprise. Hotel was in great shape. Biggest surprise was the outside area, multi-level sitting near waterfall, pool area, and deck walk out to the beach. Staff was excellent.

We had an amazing balcony room with oceanfront view! Spacious room, friendly staff, beautiful sunrises with Pier view and walkable shopping / restaurants. Convenient drive to Kennedy Space Center which was an awesome day! Wish the Pier and shops could have had better hours. We will be back for another stay!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming. The location could not be beat right on the beach and next to the pier. The outdoor pool was heated and right on the way to the beach access. The room was nicely updated. The beds were clean and comfortable. We never heard any neighbors. The morning breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast.

All the staff, especially the night shift was so great. Friendly kind. The lady at the bar. So sweet and personable as well as the lady at breakfast. We were only there 2 nights and I can not say I have ever stayed somewhere where all staff was so great and friendly. 💜
