Great Location

Great location! Just steps to the pool and the beach! The condo was clean and comfortable, AC really cranked ot cold air after the hot days on the beach. Only negative things I can say about the place were the couch was little dirty and uncomfortable. But I wasn't there to lay around so it wasn't a big deal. Also the bathrooms were a little small but was nice to have 2. Overall great place to stay and owner responded right away when needed. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This condo has the perfect location. It’s right next to the Pier end a few steps to the beach! I loved being able to walk out the sliding door and the pool was right there. So convenient! The condo itself has a super comfy master bed! There are beach chairs and a cooler to use as well. The condo is secure with a fence around it and a code for the door to the beach. I would stay here again!

Wonderful condo - highly recommend

Very clean and comfortable, and cute! This is the most well-stocked (laundry detergent, shampoo, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.) unit we have ever rented. It was nice to have decent product available in dispensers in the shower, instead of the sample things others provide that ruin my hair and skin. Property manager checked with us and was very pleasant. Parking worked out well. The building has a nice sitting area and a cool rooftop where it was nice to view the cruise ships going in and out of the dock and hear the ocean. Having this unit right next to the pool, and subsequently very near the private beach access, was such a great part of our vacation. The nearby pier was fun and we visited a few times. The beach had great waves for body boarding. The condo came with body boards, cooler, towels, and chairs for the beach. Having the cooler was amazing. Wifi worked well throughout the unit - kitchen, bedrooms, and the back patio. This was crucial for our stay. Near a grocery store, a beach store, approx 20-min drive to Kennedy Space Center, lots of restaurants in the area. This one will be put in my favorites and if we are going to be in the area again in the future, I will 100% book this unit again. Thank you!

Pleasant Condo, Pleasant Beach

Avon By The Sea is a clean, convenient, welcome place to stay. The roof top patio is great for meals, for looking over the ocean and beach, and for watching space launches at Cape Canaveral. Cocoa Beach is a great family beach, not too crowded. Our trip was a last-minute get-a-way for medium-sized budget. Avon By The Sea was exactly what we wanted.

Great location

The condo was great! Located right by the pier and walking distance to other restaurants and shops. Plenty of towels and blankets. A few things could be up graded
.full length mirror would be nice, dryer left black marks on some clothes and room darkening curtains in the master bedroom ( the lights from outside kept the room lite at night). As far as the property it would be nice to have an area to grill out. Other than that it was a great stay!! We really enjoyed it and got some good rest.

The place is great, right on the beach. Patio is right on the pool, perfect if you are traveling with kids. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen has enough utensils to cook a meal. There are two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and two boogie boards. I definitely would stay there again and totally recommend it.

King size bed needs repair or replacement. Like sleeping in a valley. Need room darkening window treatments as security light shines in. 4 stars for cleanliness as silverware and dishes were not clean, but that could have been previous renter. Location good. Rooftop view of sunset, amazing. Good value for beachfront.

Our week long stay was great. The setup of the condo worked well for a young family of four. The location was also great and provided easy access to the beach. A few things that would take this place from great to fantastic. Get rid of the popcorn ceilings, replace outdated cabinets in the kitchen, build a jacuzzi near the pool, and install large grills outside for everyone’s use. It was also stated that a cooler would be provided. One was not, but one of the beach chairs did have a cooler bag built in. All in all, I’d highly recommend the place, but just be aware that it’s not quite as nice as it appears in the pictures.

We would stay here every time we come to Cocoa Beach!!!

This particular unit was perfect for our 2 week stay. This unit overlooks the pool. The beach and the Pier are literally right in your backyard. The unit was well maintained, clean and very modern. All the other guests staying in other units here were very friendly, you felt like you were right at home. We got to see the rocket launch right from the beach one morning while we were there. I have stayed in other places nearer Orlando in the past, the owners of this unit were so organized with instructions on everything we had no questions at all when we got there. Thank you for a perfect Christmas getaway!!!!

In die Jahre gekommenes GebÀude/Wohnung mit perfekter Strandlage

Unser erster Eindruck vom GebĂ€ude und auch der Wohnung selbst war nicht ganz so positiv wie wir uns das gewĂŒnscht hĂ€tten. Das GebĂ€ude selbst sah aus als hĂ€tte es die besten Jahre bereits hinter sich. Beim Betreten der Wohnung blieb dieser Eindruck vorerst bestehen. Auffallend war als Erstes die oberflĂ€chliche Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Überall dort, wo das Auge nicht zuerst hinsieht, war es dreckig bzw. staubig (tote Spinne unterm Bett, Staub und KrĂŒmel in den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken etc.). Wir hĂ€tten uns auch ĂŒber eine kleine Willkommensgeste gefreut wie eine kleine Flasche Wasser oder auch nur eine kleine Notiz als Nachricht, sodass man zumindest den Eindruck hat, dass man sich ĂŒber GĂ€ste freut und diese willkommen heißt. Aber vielleicht sind wir da auch von anderen Ferienwohnungsbesitzern zu sehr verwöhnt worden... Die Wohnung war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Ein paar grĂ¶ĂŸere Pfannen hĂ€tten wir uns gewĂŒnscht. Die Möbel (vor allem in der KĂŒche) scheinen teilweise sehr veraltet. Genug der Meckerei. Es gab selbstverstĂ€ndlich auch einige positive Dinge. Allen voran war die Lage: mit ihrer NĂ€he zum Strand und zum Pier war sie perfekt. Die Wohnung befand sich im Erdgeschoss und hatte damit einen direkten Zugang zum Pool und zum tollen Strand von Cocoa Beach. Die Betten waren bequem und es waren ausreichend HandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner haben uns zuverlĂ€ssig ihre Dienste erwiesen. Es waren zwei BĂ€der vorhanden, was es uns mit Kind angenehmer gemacht hat nach dem Strandaufenthalt schnell sandfrei zu werden. Der Pool war angenehm und sauber. Platz gab es fĂŒr uns drei reichlich. Alles in allem haben wir uns nach einer gewissen Zeit der Eingewöhnung doch wohl gefĂŒhlt. Da der erste Eindruck aber erst einmal nicht so positiv ausfiel und wir das GefĂŒhl hatten erst einmal einige Dinge saubermachen zu mĂŒssen, bevor wir uns wohl fĂŒhlen konnten, gibt es von uns leider nur 3 Sterne.

Did NOT disappoint!

We had the best time! The condo was very spacious and plenty of room for our family. We loved the ability to walk right out to the pool and the convenience of the location of the Chateau. Beach access was a definite plus as well. The condos were impressively clean and All common areas were well kept. I would definitely book here again, if I ever returned to the area.

Great location! Great value!

Vacation for 2 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds and 3 nice televisions. Great private wifi access included. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. The building is older but kept up very nicely. Loved being next to the pier and 20 steps from the beach. This ground floor unit has no ocean view, but faces a pretty pool area with the ocean just beyond the greenery. Also, felt very secure, as you need key to get in/out pool gates to the beach and parking lots.

Great location!

Can't get a better location for ease of beach and pier access. First floor unit makes getting into and out of the unit easy as pie. Perfect for relaxing at the beach, visiting the pier or seeing space launches. Older unit but updated nicely. Little noisy due to concrete construction of building but not really a bother. Beds were comfy and TVs newer models with wifi working perfectly as well. Only suggestion for improvements would be a garbage disposal in the sink and perhaps some ceiling fans in the bedrooms as the thermostat is set at a fixed setting. Would stay here again if available.
