A comfortable bungalow near the beach

The bungalow was very clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for 4 days. Neighborhood is quiet. Many good restaurants and cafes are within a 5-10 minute walk. Five minutes to the beach on foot. Unfortunately, a massive construction project blocked access to a stretch of beach.

Cocoa Beach Cottage

A pleasant stay at this cottage. Even though a duplex, we never knew our neighbors were there. Comfortable king bed and nice new kitchen appliances. Very nice screened in patio, roomy with table for 6. Beach accessories were a plus. Easy walk from car to cottage. Easy walk to beach and to many eateries. Would recommend updating some of the furniture.

Perfect stay at Uptown Cottage

While on a business trip, my husband and I stayed at the Uptown Cottage in Cocoa Beach. It was the perfect place to spend the week with driving to KSC and then being able to come back to the cottage and relax. The cottage was very clean, plenty of room for us and had all the amenities we would have at home making it easy to relax and work from the cottage. My favorite part was the easy walking location to some fabulous restaurants which were all listed in the welcome book. We ate at 4 out of 6 of the recommended restaurants and loved every one! We will definitely stay at the cottage in the future. Adam was very responsive with any questions. Thank you so much Adam and Patricia!

Perfect beach stay for the whole family

Stayed with our two kids and dog. This little beach house was just a short walk down to the beach, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed. I have never stayed in a beach house that wasn’t finely covered in a layer of sand but this place was actually sand free. Great location and only a 3 minute walk to a cool beach bar and great bbq (slow and low bbq). We brought our own but they have an array of beach toys and boogie boards for your use and lots of extra towels. Recommend taking a trip to Kennedy space center during your stay too. No dogs allowed on beach but dog park is less than a 5 minute drive away as is a grocery store. Fantastic trip to the space coast!

Great Location

Cute and cozy place within walking distance to everything for a great trip. We even used the host's discount for a golf cart to travel locally. So many good eats and live music close by. We enjoyed the board games and easy beach access.

Cocoa Beach stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It sits in a great location. Property was supplied well and has all the things we needed for our stay. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants within walking or short drive. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again if traveling to that area. We also found a little park to the west of the property that sat next to the intercoastal water. Saw dolphins swimming there.

The unit was spotless! The cleaners are doing an awesome job. The owners were very quick to respond when I had a couple of questions. The only thing I would have liked was a cable connection for the tv. The Amazon fire stick didn’t really work very well. We would certainly recommend this unit. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach.

Exactly as advertised

Nice little place. Great ac and everything that we needed for comfortable stay. The 3 block walk was a little much for my wife but my granddaughter and i were at the beach every day, and it was a very nice beach. Its real nice to have a washer and dryer.

Time with family

Amazing

The cottage was as beautiful and as clean as you see on the pics! It was the perfect location for me and my family! We could literally walk to everything! ( Which was a plus, because we caught a plane , and that was it)We enjoyed our 4 min walk to the beach everyday. The best food I've ever eaten was also just steps away! They took care in thinking of all the things you would need such as necessities like laundry detergent, chairs for the beach, even games to play with your family @ the cottage! I would definitely stay again, And definitely recommend 😉

Short stay in Cocoa Beach

Property was very pleasant, beds were confortable and common spaces were very relaxing. A little short on basic items like glasses etc. Short distance to beach and beach chairs were very useful, but I'm afraid the beach umbrella is pretty sad. Had to cross 2 busy roads which were sometimes difficult as suprisingly no walkways. Local restaurants and bars were good.

Quiet Neighborhood

Lovely quiet neighborhood. Decent places within a block or two to grab a quick bite. Home itself was nice with all the beach amenities included, no needing to rent/purchase your own. Has a decent sized kitchen, rooms and outside patio. Even comes with a laundry closet! Only addition I would recommend is an outside shower/hose to rid of any extra sand you might find on yourself. I would highly recommend this spot to others.
