The house was very clean. Outside pool and hot tub were a plus for hanging out time with grand child. Getting in the house through the app was a little frustrating. Having to get in contact the owner to turn hot tub on was a little exhausting. Could have a better system. Over-all I would stay here again. Good location to Cocoa and 1 hour to Disney. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful house!

This was our second time staying here and it was as great as the first time! It was clean, convenient, and the pool was amazing. Check in was a breeze and communication was easy. I definitely recommend this house and will stay here again next time we are in town.

Great Stay for the family

We had a "across the state" vacay and chose this spot. With 2 kids under 11, the pool was key and this place didn't disappoint. The outside was lovely and we pretty much just lived outdoors the whole time! There were pool toys and floats were ready for us (we brought an electric pump to inflate...solid tip!) and I was able to lounge by the pool while the kids played all day. They also loved the tire swing out front (I was not as sold on pushing them...I liked the relaxing by the pool better LOL). It was about 30 minutes to the Brevard Zoo which is a GREAT zoo and that was the perfect day trip so we could get back in the late afternoon and snooze and swim. Plus we found a spot about 10 minutes away to watch the rocket launch. The owners were very communicative and quick to respond to the few questions we had during the stay.

Clean great pool and home was in a good location to Cocoa Beach, and to Orlando. Was the perfect place for.my Girl friend and are kids. House was perfect the kids didn't want to come home.

We had a two-night stay so that we could go to the Kennedy Space Center. It's a great place, comfortable, clean... Not in the most exciting neighborhood in terms of walkable restaurants, but it didn't claim to be! :) Quiet and safe. Many options just a short drive away. Very convenient, would stay again!

Great Space Coast location with pool!

This is a great property near Kennedy Space Center. It took us less than 15 minutes to drive to the Kennedy Visitor’s Complex. The house is easy to find in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. It was very clean with lots of amenities and a fantastic pool! Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and utensils, a Keurig, and plenty of eating/drinking paraphernalia. They even have a grill out back and bbq tools. They offered floats and toys for the pool, which was really nice. Please note that using the jacuzzi costs extra but we didn’t need it. Pool had a waterfall and the temp was perfect after a long hot day visiting the space center. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and offered soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plenty of towels and bath-cloths too. I appreciated all the hangers in the closet. We had a great stay and the owners were very helpful and easy to contact when we had questions. They offered great suggestions for places to eat, and if you need groceries, Publix is right around the corner. We hope to visit again soon!

Weekend at Kennedy Space Center

We enjoyed our long weekend stay with family and friends, with plenty of room for our 2 families. The pics and info provided for the home in the listing are accurate, and it was an easy 15 minute drive to Kennedy. The pool looked as inviting in person as it did in the photos, but the weather did not allow us the opportunity to use it. Previous renters may have damaged the buttons on the fridge and we could not get the ice and water dispenser to work, but Publix is so close that it wasn’t a big concern for us. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. The hosts were very accommodating and responded to all of our questions/messages very quickly. Overall, we would stay here again.

Kennedy Space Center

We had a wonderful short stay for a trip to Kennedy Space Center. The property was just 15 minutes from Kennedy. Ann and Winston were excellent hosts and answered all of our questions and needs. The house was sparkling clean and very well equipped with anything we needed. My granddaughter loved the pool! Publix Supermarket was five minutes away. We would stay again.

Excellent Stay and Good Location

Overall this was a Great location and stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay there and would would stay there again. We Loved the pool and house, however there were to neighbors behind us that had dogs that would bark at us most anytime we went out to the pool. Also there was a neighbor across from the front of the house that had a rather noisy car. These are all things we understand the Host cannot control. The house however was great with just a few minor things that needed attending to. I would recommend however something to change on the lock system for check in because first time users of the system its kind of tricky or either im illiterate when it comes to technology lol....I would also like to point out that the pic of what looks like docks isnt across from the house like what i had assumed but just .25 miles from the house.

Great rental experience

Very nice and clean property. Really enjoyed the pool. Short drive to NASA Kennedy Space center which was a fun activity. Planning to return soon for a rocket launch and would not hesitate to stay at this place again if it’s available. Host were very easy to work with.

Above & Beyond

This home was more than we even expected. The pictures of the property were beautiful but in person was even better! The property owners go above and beyond to make your stay even better with great communication! They made us feel very welcome. I would love to bring my family back for another stay in the future! The location is great and not far from a lot of attractions. My young daughter loved the tire swing and we all enjoyed swimming and having a nice size dining table and kitchen to have meals at home. The grill was great to cookout by the pool as well! Thank you for hosting us! Your home is stunning and very accommodating! We look forward to staying again sometime!
