I will start out by saying this is a very nice home in a great location. The house was clean, well-stocked, and in a great area. However, it is somewhat deceiving to advertise this as a 3-bedroom home. The area being marketed as a third bedroom is an alcove immediately off of the kitchen and family room separated from the main living area by only a curtain (which does not fully cover the opening). This area is set up as a kid's room with a bunk bed. Anyone with kids will know that this is not ideal. If you put your kids to bed at an early bed time, or if are an early riser, there is no way to use the family room or kitchen without waking the kids. That aside, there are nice touches throughout the home. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and large container of coffee that was provided. The neighborhood was nice for walking, with a park nearby. And the home was a short distance from downtown, as well as from Silverwood amusement park. Also, the host was very responsive to communications.I would recommend a stay here, but the host should be more explicit about there really only being two real bedrooms.
