Guests may bring their own private boats AT THEIR OWN RISK, but please be aware local boat rental companies will not allow rental boats to be used at or around the location of the home's boat dock due to shallow waters containing a large amount of water foliage and potential floating logs left over from the timber mill years ago. Navigating a boat to and from the dock of the home is definitely possible, but please proceed at your own risk.
