It's an older Holiday Inn and just needs some updates and attention to details. Air conditioning did not work well. Drapes did not completely close. It looks like staff does the best they can to keep it clean and presentable. Breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained. Staff was friendly.

Great except...

Room was very clean, except for the sofa sleeper. We went to use it and tge mattress was filthy, torn and sagging. 1 of us had to sleep on the couch not as a bed. Everything else was super. Breakfast buffet was awesome.

Worst hotel experience in 35 years

Unreasonably bad service. Management was rude, combative, and completely unprofessional. Child became sick, we notified, they excessively charged, public confrontation in front guests. Manager harassed my wife the next morning after we reported her to IHG management, she called her cell phone the next morning and berated her. My kids did not sleep all night because of the confrontation by the manger. Charged our card without permission. Didn’t provide paperwork for the unreasonable clean up charge. IHG customer service was kind but completely worthless. Wasted hours with customer service, they have no power to help. Still trying to find out who her manager is. Please go to any other hotel.

Property was clean and convenient to the highway. Staff was helpful and polite. Pool was very nice after a long drive. We left a tablet behind and the next day housekeeping turned it in and Lindsay called us to let us know that it was found. Thank you for having honest employees!! We will stay here again.

Best place to stay

The lady at the front desk was cold, tried to get rid of me quickly. Everything else was great. We enjoyed the hot tub, the breakfast was very good, the ac, shower, and bed were top notch.
