Didn't end up staying. I canceled my 1st night in advance via a # listed for that specific hotel. Someone there dropped the ball. I was no showed, charged for the room and the rest of the reservation was canceled. It was during KS state basketball so no rooms available anywhere. The assistant manager & hotel owner were no help in finding other accommodations. Frankly, they were pretty much indifferent to the whole situation. I asked for a number to file a complaint. The # I was given was the same # I called to change my reservation. Someone isn't telling the truth at that hotel and it seems very shady. I will never stay at a Sleep Inn because of the way this was handled. I filed a complaint with the Choice Hotel chain on 3/13/25 and have heard nothing. I also did a review with the Better Business Bureau. Because of this whole mess, I most likely will avoid using sites like Hotels.com as well. Working directly with the hotel I want to stay in will hopefully pose less problems and give less opportunity to try to blame a 3rd party.
Not what we expected. The room was semi clean, hair on the washroom floor, duvet edges were dirty. The room we were assigned should be renovated not given for public use. The showerstall looks to be out of tge 1960s, paint job patches everywhere.
Would not recommend.
Would have given an overall five star review, but the lock on room 308 was not working properly. I had to ask the assistance of staff (who were very nice) multiple times to get into my room.
It just needs some renoâs. Even if it wasnât dirty it looked dirty especially the bath/ shower. Toilet paper was out on main floor, I let an employee know and they said âoh thatâs not my jobâ
