HVAC in the room worked perfectly. The room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Surprised to see sausage links on the buffet, but not surprised they disappeared pretty quickly and weren't replenished. The coffee was excellent. The only staff we encountered was the front desk. Friendly, efficient, and gave us a great suggestion for dinner.

Place was fine. Maintenance is asinine, leaf blowing two hours before checkout. Didnt stop with our door open to load our car. Blew dirt and debris into our room.

Fell Short on Customer Care

Have stayed here twice a year for the last 4 years on our way to Moab always requesting a lower level room in advance when booking due to a bad knee. Staff has always been accommodating and friendly until this year’s visit on 9/24 evening check-in. Lady was extremely rude.. it would’ve been nice to be notified if there was not a lower room available in advance.
