Clean confortable and spacious. The communication on key collection was very very late mad I need them many times and even call them before they responded

Troppi problemi

Ho trascorso quattro giorni in questo appartamento a metà luglio insieme a un gruppo di amiche. Ci sono stati molti problemi a mettersi in contatto con la struttura sia per telefono sia per mail, sia prima dell'arrivo sia dopo la partenza. Viene richiesto un pagamento di 250£ tramite bonifico da restituire dopo il check-out. Dopo 22 giorni il deposito non è ancora stato restituito e non ci sono state più risposte da parte di Dan, il responsabile della struttura, nemmeno per via telefonica. L'appartamento in sé è molto pulito e ben attrezzato. Ci sono stati però problemi anche per l'utilizzo dell'acqua calda per la doccia. Inoltre, al momento del check-in abbiamo riscontrato un altro inconveniente: un cliente che aveva prenotato la struttura su un altro sito aveva fatto il check-in prima di noi, quindi abbiamo dovuto contattare Dan, il responsabile con cui siamo state in contatto per mail e per telefono, e risolvere il problema. La stessa persona ora non risponde più e prima di smettere di farsi sentire aveva detto che il deposito sarebbe stato restituito nel giro di pochi giorni, ma ancora non è stato mantenuto quanto ci era stato promesso.
