We had workman upstairs drilling etc and were not informed. It was terrible! Couldn’t understand why they would put us in a room with work going on above us. Offered another room but my wife is disabled (which they knew about) so didn’t want to move as it takes a lot of effort. Won’t be going back not offered any good will gesture and I feel they should have. Who wants to go away for a nice quiet break after just losing mum to be woken up by drilling !!

We choose this hotel so we could have a relaxing swim in the afternoon, but it was too busy and we were unable to book a time slot for the pool, this was a let down for us, if we had known this we would of booked somewhere else. Room was cold, said they would get someone to look at the heating, they gave us a portable heater, but no one came.

Room was very spacious lovely big comfotable bed- alittle dated .Unfortunately we had a running water sound during the night which did keep us a wake. We ordered breakfast to our room which looked nice but unfortunately was only warm when we received it.

Room well appointed and spacious but starting to look very tired. We booked a junior suite which is our favourite room. Sofa bed is uncomfortable to sit on but main bed was good. Curtain rails were broken on one set so couldn’t close them properly. Furniture is starting to look old and the fridge was warm (even though it was switched on). Bathroom looking very tired now. We really like this hotel, the staff are lovely but these rooms need a serious makeover and re-modernising.
