The disability room does not have a roll in shower. While it does have a stand up shower and molded seats, this is not ideal for many wheelchair users. Also, the showerhead is fixed and not on a hand held hose. This was an issue because inoncw my husband was seated on the chair, he had to suffer with cold water for.several.seconds until the water was warm.

Warm welcome upon arrival. Original room had a stain on the sheets. I was quickly moved to another room (which was also a larger room). I appreciated how it was handled. I was a little surprised they don’t allow at least a 30 minute grace period for late check out before charging (especially considering the time it took for me to Lysol room 1, communicate with front desk, wait for response, move rooms, and Lysol room 2….at least 30 minutes…)

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. We stayed for three nights and very morning they had different hot food. The only thing I didn’t like is that our room faced Wegmans loading dock, and we had to deal with the noise of their compressors and trucks until midnight.
