Do to the inclement wheather, which is the reason that I had to stay at this establishment. The parking lot matianance from the snow was zero. Totally unacceptable! I mentioned to your front desk staff at arrival. I was told that someone was coming to remove the snow, but it never happened. My stay was Sunday 1/25/26 thru Tuesday 1/37/27. One morning early I was leaving the hotel, walking to my car and was stuck standing in ice.I called the front desk to see if the officer who had just walked into the hotel could assist me to my car. The front desk attempted to contact the officer, but no response.

It was a pleasant stay for MAGFEST. They offered the shuttle bus 24 hours during the convention which was nice and they were a helpful staff. Hotel was clean, safe and quiet.
