I scheduled this hotel through Expedia as on Ad it seemed nice and had the one amenity I must have an indoor pool. But when i arrived I found out their pool was out of commission and not just the pool the restaurant was also not open for Dinner or lunch due to whatever reason. The gentleman I was dealing with apparently the GM basically told me if I didn’t check in I would still be charged for a non-refundable reservation. I advised him I will insist in refund as the hotel is unable to provide the amenities in which I booked the reservation based upon. He still refused. I did a chat with Expedia the representative on the chat said he called hotel to clarify and the GM also refused a refund per Expedia request. This is unacceptable and I will further escalate. I did purchase travel insurance on this booking therefore I will file claim.

The shower water was extremely hot, no cold. Be careful if bathing young children. The hot tub only had a few jets, enough for 2 people comfortable and pool area extremely loud when kids are in pool.

Great hotel with a few flaws

The hotel was pretty clean and the staff was great but they have a rodent issue . I made Managment aware of it but the hotel was full so I couldn’t switch rooms now I’m waits for hotels.com to speak with the manager so that I can get a refund.

Awful experience

They didn’t have my booking in their system. I waited for over an hour even when my account said the hotel/room was available. I left and went to the Hilton next door and received way better service as soon as I got it door. To be honest I was comp a suite due to them not having any more king sized beds availability.
