The apartment isnât fancy but has what you need. Thereâs even a great backyard space. The location is near restaurants, shopping and the A&M campus.
We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments.
Property was well kept! Had some wear and tear, but was very nice! Our son left his baseball cap and host was very responsive and helpful arranging a time for him to come by and pick it up. My husband has very sensitive allergies and was bothered by the water treatment facilities behind the unit, but my son and I had no issue.
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was in a great location, very clean, and the host was very communicative and responsive to inquiry. We'll definitely be booking this location again. It was perfect for our family of 6.
Everything was as expected. We were in town for our son's soccer tournament and the location to Veteran's Park was a short 7 minute drive. It is close to everything in town. I was disappointed that we had to pay 30 to get late check-out (only for an additional 2 hours), but due to the weather we paid it so our son could go back and warm-up to get ready for the next game.
We received an error message when trying to book so ended up booking another location only to find out the original booking went through. When reaching out to the host they refused to refund any portion of our money, even though part was a cleaning fee that was not needed since we didnât stay. They had ample time to relist it to allow the opportunity for another booking but chose not to do that either. Unreasonable People and terrible service. Would not recommend.
This property was clean but definitely had wear and tear! Neighborhood was very quiet for middle of college town. Management had good communication until I requested the code for door and specific address. They must have issues with people showing up early. I received a message asking me to reach out to them for the code, I did. 4 hours later they sent the code to me, which happened to be after 4pm which was checkin.
This property is clean ,cozy and has everything you need in the kitchen. 2nd time stay at this location I will continue to stay here in my future visits.
It was lovely, cozy, comfortable and spotless. Everything we needed was there. It was a nice surprise to find a pitcher full of cold, filtered water in the fridge . I would definitely stay there again, if given the opportunity .
The property is very clean and 2 bathrooms are a plus. Great communication with management,
you can tell they really care about providing quality service.
This property was wonderful. Everything was clean and well kept. I slept like a baby in the king size bed - so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. We had 1 small maintenance issue and the owner and maintenance were wonderful - went above and beyond anything expected.
Pros: great location for a College Station stay, near the highway and University Dr., close to restaurants, and Texas A&M, the place was clean
Cons: Check out is at 10 am, an unfavorable time to check out compared to the majority of hotels and short term rentals, if you want a later check out you will be charged $30, the dryer did not work, was not able to use that during our stay, the bathroom that was not attached to the bedroom had standing water in the tub while you were taking a shower
The property was spacious and perfect for our group. Parking is right in front, super convenient. The owner/manager was very communicative and friendly. Everything we needed was available in the home and the location was really convenient for us. Close to lots of food/shops (within 5-10 minutes) and 10 minutes from the sports complex where our tournament was being held. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.
