I thought the remodelled rooms were nice. However the layout made getting to the room complicated. There was a lingering horrible smell downstairs by the elevator and exit. The hotel says it’s a resort but it’s really not up to that standard. Also, less commonly used spaces are very dirty and worn and dated and i thought a lot more same ties were actually on site. The fire pit was not lit, bbqs broke.n and pool, hot tub and saunas felt dirty. As a resort you do not want the amenities out of use and complicated layout and you want to be able to walk to everything and have a relaxing stay. Booking included amenities were work, just make the process easier. I really just did not feel it has the amenities to call itself a resort.

Wouldn't recommend

Don't go there expecting a resort or spa feel. Yes they have an onsite spa but charge 75 dollars a person to access the aquaspa for 45 minutes! And thats no massage nothing but 45 min access to a pool and a sauna. The pool you do have access to for free advertises 8am to 11pm. It is not. When lifeguards are not on duty they limit the entire pool area to 10 people. Made sense during covid. Not now. Pool has water slide so it is always packed with kids so dont go there expecting a spa like feel. Even the hotubs arent off limit to kids. You would be better off spending a few dollars more and going to the nearby Scandinavian Spa where you can stay as long as you like. The rooms itself were spacious and quiet yet dated. Kitchenette was sufficient. Bathroom lacked anywhere to put your toiletries. No shelf or countertop. There are also no dresssers or place to put your clothes. There was only a closet with 8 hangers. Not practical if you are spending more than a day or so. The power system is bizarre. First you need your room key inserted into a slot to access power. Fair enough. However dont plan on reading in bed without disturbing others. To turn on the bedside lamp requires other lights to be left on in room. As they are hardwired inside the walls you cant even unplug them. And expect to pay to have your room cleaned. $70 for changing sheets and doing a clean of the entire room. If you just want fresh towels for your room that will cost you $25 Not worth the price.

Was not a fan of the stay at all! The rooms were very old and outdated. Bed was absolutely horrible and the cleanliness was awful. Definitely do not trust the pictures you see online.

Our room was clean. Staff friendly.Very surprised that there was no daily room cleaning, sheet changes, clean towels UNLESS you paid for it! Shocked to say the least, is that you had to make reservations to use the pool!! The price I paid for two nights was high, yes, this I knew in advance BUT all the up charges for what should have been part of our room experience was ridiculous. I had two teenage girls with me and definitely needed fresh towels every day!! None of these charges are shown on the hotel site, only on a sheet of paper in the room. Will never go back!!!!!
