Never checked in. They advertise airport shuttle, but it’s only for Midway, not St. Louis. The receptionist was rude when I asked for a shuttle, and then refused a refund when we had to cancel.

I want part of my money back. I went in there the ladies walking out of our room with a rag and a can of Lysol. She walked in there sprayed Lysol in the room we got in there pulled the covers back. There was hair covered in both beds, she hadn’t even changed the sheets. Crumpled and can’t see but hair and dirt everywhere!

The front desk staff was great. But after we settled in our room, we found out the bed frame was bad and broken. Every time you sit on the bed it made horrible metal noise. We had to let hotel know, and have our child sleep one side of the bed.
