Very clean, close to shopping and food. Room was comfortable. Great price and the front desk service was top notch. I’ve stayed here the last two times I’ve come to Alton and it is my go to Hotel now!

I have stayed at this location many times. They added the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower which is a great improvement that I appreciate. The breakfast is also the best in the area. Recommend this location.

We call this property the old Ramada Inn. We actually stayed at Ramada on our Honeymoon in 1984. It is now a best Western and has been updated accordingly. We always stay here when we come to Illinois to visit from Maui. We love the property and staff but you absolutely cannot beat the free breakfast. Way more offers than any other hotel we have ever stayed at.

I only checked in for 25 minutes before leaving. Tge hotel person was very nice. But the couch has a huge stain on both cushions the tv wouldn’t work with my gaming consel. I had a stroke last year so I have to do certain things and have peace of mind I left. Now I have to go back in the morning to recover by 200$ deposit! Which is ridiculous!
