Never got any clean towels, had to go to the desk and get them myself. Never went over any paperwork, just told me to sign. Pool was freezing, and got different responses from staff. Elevator was broken. Do not recommend

Staff was great and very friendly. Our room smelled a bit like smoke the first night but was less noticeable the second night. Location is close to a lot of places to eat and a quick drive to St. Louis.

The first room they put us in #117 smelled like dog pee real bad, and I was told that was the last room. The person at the front desk gave us so spray to try and cover the smell, when I went back to check out she changed our room and said there was someone with a pet dog that was going to take the room. The other room worked great for us but I feel sorry for the person that ended up in that room

This property is well taken care of. The night manager was very helpful. It was a big problem for us loading our car as the side door near our room wouldn’t open with the key card, a huge inconvenience for packing, unpacking, walking dog and no telephone to get help when locked out
