The hotel really needs a face lift. Several areas could use a coat of paint, and the carpets are frayed and dirty. The breakfast buffet was very sparse, as was the snack selection in the lobby. The coffee tasted like mud, and they didn't have any regular creamer, just flavored. I wanted cereal one morning, and the milk carafe was empty. The attendant was nowhere to be found. The carpet in our room was never vacuumed, and had crumbs from when we ate in our room the first night of our stay. We will not be returning the next time that we travel there.

The room itself was decent but the staff wasnt great. I called prior with my stay to confirm whether pets were allowed and what the fee was (I was told $10 per pet per night on the phone and thats also what hotels.com listed), but when I checked in the front desk clerk argued with me about the pet fee and was trying to charge $25/night. The next morning at the breakfast, the attendant seemed annoyed when she was notified that the coffee was empty and she just seemed like she had no interest serving the hotel guests. Overall an OK hotel for the price-it was a clean, and had a comfortable bed which allowed me to rest before hitting the road again, but definitely left a lot to be desired.

There was a weird smell in the lobby and the room had another weird smell. The floors all needed a good cleaning/vacuum. Mirror in the room was dirty as though someone had licked it. There was a red substance on the inside of the comforter. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Next time we will stay someplace else. It was close to a Dick's Sporting Goods outlet.

We tried to stay at this location and had the room reserved. They couldn't find our reservation and tried to charge us $40 more for our stay. Ended up staying at a much nicer hotel with much better staff.

The room was average, the service was the same. The breakfast was terrible. I prepaid the room, didn't use anything extra including room service, but there was an extra $14 charged to my card. Don't understand that.
