Pretty average for a Double Tree. Front desk has fliers that offer cookies at checkin. They didn't offer any cookies or even ask about it. Front desk staff was grumpy and uninviting. Breakfast was pretty bad. Both coffee and juice had some kind of smell. Someone was knocking at my door at around 9:00 AM in the morning. When I opened the door it was a hotel staff. She said nevermind and walked away. A/C was really loud in the room. Overall not a good hotel.

The room was nice and clean. The coffee was way to strong. I was out of conditioner in the shower and the way its set up i couldn't even turn the bottle upside down to try get more out. And brushing my long hair was not fun. Please check your bittles in the shower so it won't run out on the guest

Carpets are stained throughout. People smoking weed outside the pool with the doors open. Wouldn’t normally be a problem, but I have a two month old. There were ants everywhere. We didn’t end up even staying the night.
