Our stay was perfect. Our check was good. We noticed a drink ticket with our room card and it said " snacks and drinks " and we were pleasantly surprised to find out it was a nice variety of food and we didn't even need to go out to eat afterwards as we had planned. Our room was clean and I liked how they asked people who were staying more than one day if they wanted to have room cleaned or they could opt out and receive more reward points if they didn't need the service. The hotel chain that we have been used to using has been lax about cleaning the room and if you don't ask, you don't get it cleaned. The room price is the same at this other hotel, but the place was very unclean the last time we went and when I sent an email to tell them, all they did was said they were sorry. We had several complaints and the breakfast at this other hotel was so bad that we opted to go out to a local restaurant instead of eating the free breakfast there. I think we have found a replacement in Drury Inns instead of the Comfort Suite hotel chain we have frequented for about 20 years.
