First room we got the bed looked like someone had been lying in it already (pillows all messed up with dirt and other debris on the bed) and the door did not have the extea lock on top of the door... asked for a new room which was given without issue but when we got into the second room the AC and the TV didnt work. Called the front desk and they were able to fix the AC but said it was a service provider issue with the TV due to weather ... the only weather was the wind and the provider was cable. In the morning when we went to breakfast we noticed that the tv in the lobby was working so when we got back to our room we tried the TV again ... still not working so I highly doubt it was ever a service providor issue.

Floors were sticky and sink in bathroom had black sludge on it now I have colored hair as I am a hairdresser. As I’m leaving because their cleaning staff obviously don’t know what clean means I got charged an extra 50$ because my temperature hair color was on their tub and towels and because they can’t use some bleach on them or clean them properly now had I known I would not have used towels nor their shower. That or I would have showed them how to properly clean their rooms as when I arrived it was not the cleanest by a long haul. I will never recommend a place who does not hold themselves accountable for their own poor service and poor cleaning staff

Great place to stop for the night on a trip. The bed was comfortable. I didn't use the Internet much, but it seemed to work. Breakfast had cereal, eggs & sausage, waffles, yogurt, toast, and juice. Not a fancy place, but very good for my needs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but toilet was clogged when I arrived and part of the floor in the room was cracked and unevenly raised, creating a tripping hazard.

Staff very cordial. We were satisfied with our stay. Location is near food and commerce options. LOTS of handicap parking = the WHOLE front row near the building. Trim strip missing in bathroom made it appear less than clean. HARD TO GET IN & OUT OF TUB FOR BATH as only one puny grab bar = likely works fine for children. Shower is like a gentle rain. Sink faucet on cold leaks water all over counter.
