The whole things was incredible. Service, from check-in to check-out, everything was done in a friendly and engaging manner. The facilities (particularly the room itself, quality of everything in it), location, overall service available, just made my now unfortunate short stay and incredible one, but know I know exactly where to stay next time I'm in Cologne.
