Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und dreckig! Auf eigene Kosten in Hotel umgebucht!

Alle Hotels in Innenstadt waren ausgebucht, deswegen Appartement trotz knapper Beschreibung und ohne Bewertungen gebucht. Erster Kontakt mit Vermieter war freundlich. Standort ist in Echt um 2km! falsch und bei den Köln Arcaden. Informationen zu überhaupt keinen Parkplätzen am Haus wären gut gewesen. Schlüssel waren wie besprochen vor der Appartementtüre. Aber ins Haus bin ich erst gekommen als Jemand anderes die Tür aus dem Haus gekommen ist und ich die offene Türe benutzt habe. Sachen abgestellt, Auto aus Halteverbot in Köln Arcaden umgeparkt, gegessen etc. Abends Wohnung genauer angesehen... Im Kühlschrank komischer Belag, Töpfe dreckig, den Mini (Mikrowellen?) Ofen fand ich absolut eckelhaft, Möbel teils stark abgewetzt, benutzte Hygieneartikel im dreckigen Bad, Lebensmittelpackungen angefangen, Medikamente und Dreckwäsche in Schubladen, ... Später hat der Vermieter gesagt, er lebe selbst in der Wohnung und habe lange geputzt. Eine angebotene Putzfrau habe ich abgelehnt, weil ich keine Zeit hatte und lieber in einem Hotel 20km außerhalb Kölns eingecheckt habe und eine Woche lang gependelt bin. Vermieter hat mir 200€ gesendet obwohl nichts richtig ausgemacht war. Von 600€ wollte ich mehr zurück zB 180€ Reinigungsgebühr weil ich Wohnung nicht genutzt habe. Daraufhin wollte der Vermieter seine Überweisung zurückziehen. Natürlich habe ich bei meiner Bank widersprochen. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr auf meine letzte Nachricht gehört. Ich warne jeden vor diesem Appartement!!
