I loved the location close to the E-Werk venue. The hotel was safe and very clean which are very important. My German isn’t very good and the staff was polite and patient with me. The lobby, gathering areas, rooms, and property are attractive. My only complaint, and not a big deal, was the food options in the evening down at the bar were limited.

At check in we were advised breakfast was included but when we went for breakfast was told we had to pay €18 each was quite embarrassing There were no tea or coffee making facilities in room or to access which is disappointing Hotel is modern, clean and “funky and the process of not cleaning room or replacing towels seems a bit strange - you can ask the day before I know but having rubbish in room for three days is not ideal
