Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not pleasant. The bar staff behaved in an inappropriate and uncomfortable manner toward female guests, which is unacceptable in a professional hospitality environment. In addition, the breakfast quality was poor, as there was an unpleasant smell from the plates and cups, raising concerns about cleanliness. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service and hygiene.

Excellent location. Clean and tidy room. Compact but had everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was ok but expensive although kids eat for free I believe. Go to Galeria Kaufhof for breakfast from 10am. Short walk to 2 metro stations. Would stay here again.

Staff were not particularly helpful and actually gave me false information. The gentleman on the overnight shift was very friendly and helpful more so than the gentleman on reception.

Staff were incredibly short, sharp and rude to all customers who were in line waiting to check in, got checked into our "family" room which was that small we had nowhere to store suitcases and couldn't walk in the room without stepping sideways next to a wall. Pillows were as flat as pancakes, went to reception to ask for extra and it was way harder to get extra pillows than it needed to be. Hopped in the shower and was full of black mold.
