Sehr spartanische Zimmer, ich hab ein Deluxe zimmer für 300 Euro gebucht aber eher ein Eco plus Ambiente vorgefunden. Keine Extras, noch nicht mal Hausschlappen oder sonstige Annehmlichkeiten. Die versprochene Geburtstagsüberraschung hat auch gefehlt. Servicepersonal unaufmerksam und nicht wirklich präsent. Leider absolut nicht das Geld wert.

Wonderful hotel, felt very luxurious and comfy. Loved the AC and fridge in the room, highly recommend! It’s also in a great location, you can get to many places within 10-25 minutes of walking.

An ok stay in Cologne

The stay was ok. I have stayed in Steigenberger hotels before, but this hotel is not one of their better ones. We didn't find the facilities or staff quite match the expectation that we have of Steigenberger hotels (based on past experience). We parked in the car park, where another car had been broken into and there were people sleeping in the car park, so we were concerned for the safety of our car.
