Clean and centrally located, with a small but decent breakfast included. The only down side was one of the reception staff members. He was quite indifferent and a bit unhelpful, but the female staff member was very friendly and eager to help.

Well located and good value hotel

The hotel offers good value for money with a decent breakfast and room facilities. It's well located and reasonably close to local shops, ATMs and places of interest in Colombo. The staff service was good and I would stay here again.

Disappointed

Booked this place since it was close to my work and on the main city area. Arrived to see it was a small hotel. The bed and pillows had hair on them. The room and walls were dirty. They cleaned the bed after my complaint. There was only a stool to sit and work. No chair. The dustbin and the walls were so dirty. The breakfast was very minimal with some bread and fruits. I just had a coffee and left. I was very disappointed.

Best avoided.

Arrived at 14.05 room was not ready until 14.55. Waited in lobby , no drink no cool face towel. Breakfast was horrible, no one spoke,masonry in the cups. Building work under room, banging noises.

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night before heading to Kandy. The place was a bit hard to find at first as the sign from the outside is hard to read. We are sure glad that we found it though! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms super clean! Located on a Main Street with tons of different shopping outlets and restaurants. We had breakfast on the rooftop which was also very good!

Good if you are searching for something basic

It was a relatively ok stay but probably wouldn't stay again solely based on we were travelling as a couple. Probably more suited for backpackers, a group of friends on a budget or someone after something very basic. Bathrooms smelt a bit which permeated the room. View wasn't anything special. Room was clean and neat and the staff over emails and in person were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. Good location but on a busy street so keep in mind you can always hear the hustle and bustle. Breakfast on the roof top was a lovely inclusion and super tasty!!!
