Very friendly service from the staff. I would rate the staff as excellent. Room was so small to the level it is just usable. Breakfast was OK. Good value for money, if you are OK with limited space within the room.

When I checked in to the hotel I had paid for 2 guests and I said I will be having a friend over and the manager said that they only alllw couples at the property and wanted me to show my marriage certificate and I was flabbergasted as I’ve traveled to over 30 countries and I’ve NEVER had to show my marriage certificate lol will never stay here ever again. Room was small smelled of smoke.

建物が少しわかりづらいところにあります。さらにビルの入り口にいるガードマン(？)の方にカードキーでエレベーターを操作してもらい、3F受付まで辿り着く必要があります。 ホテルの内装は清潔で、部屋も日本のビジネスホテルに近いものになっています。ただし窓が薄く道路が近いためか、夜は少し外の音が気になりました。 テラスで海を見ながらの朝食は最高でした。

Fantastic Residence Hotel in Colombo,Sri Lanka

Fantastic residence-type business hotel to stay.Very attentive, helpful and friendly receptionist (all) and breakfast staff. Room serviced daily, and there is always help available if you need it. Healthy breakfast with tropical fruits and juice ''continental breakfast''. My experience with this hotel is excellent and up to standard. I will definitely be back at this hotel someday. Thank you.

The hotel is tucked away in a little alley across from Barefoot Cafe. The room is spotless, cozy, and filled with free coffee and cookies. Imran was very friendly and was able to arrange transportation to the airport.

This hotel is in an office building on Galle Road, a few hundred meters from the sea. The rooms are nice, aircon and ceiling fans are strong, hot shower, good breakfast. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get Uber or auto rickshaw out front. Will definitely stay again. Thanks to Imran and the staff for a great stay.

The bathroom size was way too small, when sitting on the toilet your knees will touch the wall which makes it uncomfortable.

Good but very small.

The Hotel was well located and accessible with helpful and competent staff the only problem was the size of the room, we had checked on the Web and the rooms looked good, however when we arrived the room was so small that there was more room in most closets, the bathroom was so small to use the toilet you had to sit with your feet outside the door. The staff were competent and helpful and the room was very clean but, as I said, very small.

Great room and location, just very small

This hotel is in the perfect location with a lot of cafes nearby. It was very modern and comfy, but the rooms were very small and felt cramped. It also had a very large security safe in the room, which was great, as I could put my computer and other valuables in there and the entire place felt very secure. It's in the heart of the city so you can walk outside and see many beautiful places.

Reasonable price for a close to center hotel

Nice and cozy place,great for a short stay in the city. A bit noisy in the morning because of trafic. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the main atractions in colombo.Breakfast is ok.

Ok price but noisy

Stayed here for 2 nights in total. Took a while to find but got there in the end. Room was not bad, great shower but small toilet area. Our room was just so noisy with all the cars and tuk tuk beeping their horns every second of the day and I couldn't wait to get out. The gentleman on reception was very nice and helpful who to arrange what train to get down south. Probably wouldn't stay here again and would pay extra for somewhere else.
