Location was very convenient as far as local restaurants and walmart just up the road. The staff was very nice and friendly and was willing to acomidate ur needs. The hotel its self needs a little love not trashy but just old. Pool was closed so cant coment on that.

The bed was firm, but comfortable. The carpet was wet, either from a leak in the plumbing or from being shampooed but not dried. The noise from barking dogs was annoying while the owners were out for dinner, but settled down when they came back. The room had a funky sour smell to it, possibly from the wet carpet. My standards are reasonably low, but this wasn't a stay I would like to repeat.

The place itself is a complete dump for sure but $50 a night, you get what you pay for and I understand that. Room was sub par in the cleanliness department. Shower head was leaking at the neck and I had stained towels. Again, get what you pay for. The only saving grace were the staff. They were very nice and made me feel welcome.
