We had a comfortable stay, the hosts communicated quickly, neighborhood is quiet, and itâs close to so many great things to do in Colorado Springs. Thanks for a great visit!
My daughter and I stayed here after her knee surgery. It was quiet and restful. The kitchen was perfect for managing the meals since we couldnât go out to eat. We watched a lot of Netflix. Overall just great
The host had left us some snacks which went over very well with my kids. It was a very nice surprise. I appreciated it. There were games and a nice outdoor area for my kids to play. Worked well for a small young family. Very attentive host, thoughtful and detail oriented. Only thing to improve upon is darker curtains for the bedrooms as the light from other backyards shines through.
Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay here! It is in a great centralized location for us to visit canon city and Denver. The place does not have a dishwasher nor washer/dryer, but we did not check beforehand. Be aware that you will have shared parking with a neighbor. I would recommend this place!
This was the perfect location for us to visit our cadet at the Air Force Academy and enjoy all that Colorado Springs has to offer. The home was very clean and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. It was the perfect spot for us to gather at the end of a fun-filled day.
Overall everything was as anticipated. The location was perfect, short trip to many of Colorado Springs best attractions. We were there in July with record high temps...still very comfortable even without central AC. Cozy home with all the things we needed for our trip, 4 adults was very manageable in the space.
Looking to take in the sites in Colorado Springs with a family of 6? Great place. We had 2 days and did Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock hike. Then, Olympic Training center and trip down to Canon City for white water rafting. Perfect base camp to eat sleep and relax.
The hosts were very responsive before and after our stay. We didn't need to get in touch with them during our stay but they did check in with us via email on our first day to remind us that they were available should we need anything.
The home was clean and well appointed. We didn't do much cooking on this visit, but there were plenty of dishes and spices and such should we have needed them. No central AC which made for a very warm kitchen and living area on the hot July days, but there are window units in the 2 bedrooms. The living room has a ceiling fan and there were two portable fans that we used whenever we were in the home.
The location is really great. We were visiting UCCS and we also visited some great restaurants and popular sights in the area. Some within walking distance and others just a short drive away. The only time we drove more than 15 minutes one way was on our day trip to Denver.
We also played some of the board games that were provided.
We'd stay here again!
We arrived late at night to the property in Colorado Springs after a long drive across the prairie. We were thankful that the check-in was very easy. The property is located between downtown Colorado Springs and old Colorado city which is convenient to the places we were visiting. A Walmart superstore is just a few minutes drive from the property which made it easy to get ingredients for our meals that we wanted to cook. The place is exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, spices, coffee and mugs, glasses, snacks, and some drinks in the fridge. We didn't use the outside patio area but it looked inviting. It was great having reserved parking at the front door. We had some issues with the wifi. The owners were quick to stay in touch with us and corrected the problem within a few hours.
Our stay was wonderful! The hosts are very helpful. The house was everything we hoped for-clean, comfy, nicely decorated, and great location close to so many must see sites in Colorado! The hosts provided many extras like snacks and games to make our stay more special!
