The staff was very helpful & friendly at check-in and at the bar for Happy Hour. I really enjoyed the Happy Hour, what a nice perk! The breakfast was excellent (although you could use more ceramic bowls, instead of plastic).

The rooms need major updating along with the linens. The windows are paper thin it was freezing it ac unit keep shutting down outlets for charges are slow and only one worked I will be applying for a refund.. was but a good family Christmas trip in either rooms I had.

They were not prepared for the number of people staying….No coffee, bowls, cups, out of food. We had no hot water when we needed it to get around before dinner. The shower leaked and had to listen to dripping water. There were no cords to the phones so couldn’t just call front desk. Could not connect to the internet. Not what was expected for the price!

The staff really didn’t care. The breakfast was good. There is an older gentleman from Puerto Rico that was the nicest to me and my family. Only 1 elevator worked to get to my floor. Even at that the elevator only worked sometimes. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time.

Great staff and big rooms but we did experience some downside as there was construction going on when we were here and it was pretty loud. There was only 1 elevator working but later they got another to work however that one did not go to the 4th floor and was being used to get materials to the work areas. The room was cold right next to the outside floor to ceiling window and on the night it got below freezing, ice and frost built up on the inside of the glass. The pool towels were thin and very small. The rooms and hotel were nice overall and the breakfast was great. The housekeeping did a great job and they will come daily if you like. The staff at the front desk were great as were the staff that ran the omelet station and breakfast area. So overall it will probably be a great place to stay once the renovation is done but check to see if it’s still going on before you book here.
