Welcome to the Green Haven. Come enjoy the beauty and fun of Colorado Springs, right in our backyard!

Welcome to our newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi, and living room. At this quaint haven you will find comfort, entertainment, and privacy in the center of Colorado Springs. You will have your own free parking space and private entry. We do live in the main house on the property, so we’ll be close by for your needs.

LIVING ROOM:

Enjoy this welcoming and charming space with a relaxing sofa, coffee table, smart projector and screen. Here you will also find a quaint table and barstools for dinner time and game night.

KITCHEN:

Stock the large refrigerator and freezer with all your favorite ingredients and craft yummy meals on the stove or in the oven. Here you will also have your own microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, and cooking/eating utensils. Although this unit does not come equipped with a dishwasher, we provide everything you may need to keep the dishes clean and ready for the next meal.


BEDROOM:

Comfortable Queen bed, night stand, closet, and AC Unit.


BATHROOM:

This full bathroom is a tight squeeze but serves all your needs with a toilet, sink, shower, and shelves for storage.

YARD: Fully fenced yard with ski Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit!
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Colorado College. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the cottage.

Check was quick, our host was quick to respond to messages and very polite, very clean and cozy, everything is pretty close by. That projector was so cool and the house smelled good. The kitchen is pretty too.

Sadly we had a mediocre stay, for this price point you would expect appliances / house to function smoother. The fridge door takes some effort to shut properly, coffee table is broken, the portable AC won’t cool the space, gate to the side area is also difficult to open. The area was super nice and walkable.The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our stay, the place was just not as we expected it to be.

Host was friendly, place was decorated nicely and was clean. This was an excellent location, close to lots of local attractions. It was a little frustrating that we were notified of construction on the street the DAY OF our stay, which caused us to have to park around the corner on an alternate street and not have use of the driveway. Also, since there was no dishwasher, it would be nice to not be expected to hand wash our dishes when we pay a cleaning fee.
