The space
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just 5 minutes from downtown, this home is perfect for groups looking to stay central while having space to relax.
With two separate living areas, everyone has room to spread out. The main level is ideal for gathering, with an open kitchen, dining space, and living area. The lower level features a private primary suite with a full bathroom, dedicated workspace, and a cozy movie lounge with a reclining couch and 55” TV.
You’re also just minutes from Patty Jewett Golf Course and close to many of Colorado Springs’ top attractions.

- Trash day is Tuesday. If your stay falls on this day, we ask that you please place trash and recycling containers curbside Tuesday morning/Monday evening.

- Colorado is known for unpredictable weather. Snow removal is the responsibility of the guests. Snow shovels are provided.

This was by far a great value for the money. The mountain views from the backyard are spectacular! The fire pit allowed us to enjoy the brisk Colorado nights, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax on this vacation. Spoke with the owners about a mishap with a chair and the were so gracious and kind. I will definitely be returning to this property for future Colorado trips.

This was a great stay! It’s in a neat part of town and this house had it all; hot tub, large basement living room and 2 king bedrooms as well as two others. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this home over the summer. The house was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the hot tub and back yard ammentities. The neighborhood was a little noisy and a 15-20 min drive from most of the activities we did while on vacation but overall a great home.
