Started off with not being able to even enter the property for 30 min after arriving due to the smart lock having dead batteries and getting the runaround from the service the VRBO owner uses. I finally demanded a code for the key to the lock box to gain access. It took maintenance 3 days to even show up to replace batteries and that required multiple emails to get that done. In the meantime, we found out the dryer didnât work after doing a couple of loads of laundry so we had to hang dry laundry outside in between thunderstorms. Maintenance finally showed up to fix the dryer while we were out, no communication from anyone thought it was fixed only to do another load and have a flood because maintenance guy failed to put the drain hose on the washer back in the drain! Still no dryer fixed our entire stay. Aside from the main catastrophes, beds were uncomfortable for all in our party and everyone complained that when one person got up during the night that the whole bed rocked and woke the other person up. Also, most of the doors had to be slammed to get them to shut and latch because they rubbed so hard on the frames, very loud. Sink was plugged up with leaves, liquid soap was put in foam dispenser, conditioner dispenser didn't work, and the internet kept disconnecting from tvs making you reenter passwords everytime you used them. Overall, unless you can predict not having a single issue come up or enjoy the headache of dozens of emails back and forth, look elsewhere.
