The floor plan of the house was nice - spacious. The kitchen was like a scavenger hunt to locate anything that you needed. We found it odd that there were no condiments (mustard, mayo, ketchup, etc.), no butter (we left a stick), not enough bath towels (one generally sees two per guest - not just one), not all the bathrooms had bath soap. The pantry was interesting - a menagerie of leftovers from previous visitors, I guess. I don't think I've ever stayed at a VRBA where the owner's personal belongings were in closets. There weren't enough trash recepticles - the one that was there was completely full so we had to placw our trash on top and leave the lid open. Bottom line - it was really odd and somewhat discomfiting.
