My intended stay was from March 07-12, 2026 and did not relocate from the Timber Lodge until March 25, 2026 and still in Colorado Springs in the same area. Came for a mental vacation, loved it here and haven't went back to Denver.
I had a wonderful stay at this little cabin. It was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The setting was peaceful and private, which made it the perfect place to unwind. The cabin was thoughtfully stocked, the bed was comfortable, and it felt warm and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent, they were responsive and made check in and check out simple. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place near downtown Manitou.
It was very quiet and peaceful there. All the neighboring guests were very friendly and fun to get to know in the common areas. The cabin itself was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We cook at home so we brought a lot of groceries. I think the only thing the cabin was missing was a larger pan and spatula for cooking. BUT we managed and it was great stay. The manager was super helpful with getting our WiFi figured out and answered us quickly with any questions we had. The Mexican restaurant nearby is in walking distance and has excellent food and service as well!
Very nice area with many activities to enjoy during your stay. While it is on a main road, it is set off the roadway enough that you can enjoy some quiet moments. They have areas to kist outside and enjoy the nice weather.
The place looks great after your remodel. I paid quite a bit for our cabin just for the internet to be awful. If you are wanting us to stream anything on that tv you need better internet.
