The motel is old and run down. The grounds are overgrown and messy. The room seemed to be clean but there was peeling paint and doors broken etc. The biggest aggravation was that we would have to run the water for 10-15 minutes before we could get it hot and then it reeked of sulphur. Probably was nice once upon a time but those days are long gone and the price paid was way too high even for Labor Day weekend.
This was literally the most disgusting hotel
Iâve ever stayed in (and Iâve stayed in 100âs)
The shower head was broken and hanging down, off the broken handle, not to mention there was no hot water at all. The door had been kicked in, so it felt very unsafe to lock. It smelled horrible-like fake rose and burnt nagchampa. The inside was super dirty, and the outside looked like it should be used to film a horror movie about crack and vampires. Basically this is an absolute $hit-he. It was $144 of hell.
I thought this would be a cute place to stay by myself since it was in the middle of a "ritzy" part of the town (i.e. golf course, brewery, farmers market, old folks home). But it ended up being a crack den. Everything was incredibly dirty and junkies were hanging around outside. Do not book! Photos online are from years ago.
This hotel does not match the photos. The photos made it look nice and clean and this hotel was far from it. The ceiling was peeling and there was a cigarette burn on the sheet. I ended up not staying there and drove 3 hours to my next hotel and checked in early
Staff was friendly and the room was clean but the whole place was very run down with paint peeling in the rooms and a very strong sulfur smell coming from the water. Outside was also run down with a couple of derelict cars in the parking area and a pool with no water in it
When first entering the room there was a mildew smell, the only outlet in the bathroom would not work, tried to take a shower the water smelled like rotten eggs, sheets on the bed had huge stains stay away stay away!!!!!!
