Our reserved 2 bedroom suite was somehow unavailable. They only had a single bed room. No refunds allowed. The filth was unbearable, the smoke smell suffocating, broken drawers, dirty fridge. I took my child and booked another hotel. Unbelievable.

This is an extended stay that is like a halfway house/ homeless shelter. It smells awful as smoking is aloud everywhere inside the motel. The last night we were there we saw cockroaches in our room and in the hallway.

Complete dump, which was a surprise because the general area doesn't have a bad feel. Broken down cars and people loitering in the parking lot. People living on the first floor, doors open, noise, people vaping in the hallway. Everything old and worn out. Roaches on the floor. Decided to leave two hours after checking in. No refund, of course. Only bright spot? Lady at check in was very nice when she explained why I wouldn't be getting my money back. Do not even consider staying here.

I have traveled for years for work and this is by far the worst place I have ever reserved. Sleeping in my car in a parking lot would have been a better option. Did not stay due to the poor quality of property

Worst hotel ever

This was more of a crack house this will be the last time I use you service. Everyone I have booked with you guys it was in a very unsafe environment. I only used you this time because I have credit. I checked in went to the room and there was homeless people walking around the receptionist was not at the desk but had a note to knock on what I can only believe was her appointment

When we checked in the staff told us we could check out our room before completing check in. As we walked to the room all the floors were dirty and the halls had trashed lined up along the sides against the walls and also in elevators. When we got to the room the floors were dirty like stuff was spilled and never cleaned. There were also cockroaches crawling on the floor. The front desk did work with us and allowed a refund through Expedia so we could stay somewhere else

Photos and actual stay is very different. Area and the people seems sketchy, but we’re actually pretty friendly. Convenient, close to stores and food. First day was a little rough but 2nd day was better.
