This place is a disaster had pour water in the toilet,mold on the bathtub,molding coming off dry wall rotten doors ,the cardboard had roaches in it. Security camera fell down, elevator was always breaking down. Nasty, hand rails on steps the health department should investigate

The room was okay. I expected better for an Extended Stay. The room had a terrible musty odor so we turned the air up high and left it running all day. The second night, I saw a bug. The location was perfect!

Looked clean, but wasn't. Overpriced. No cribs.

Reservation allowed me to elect a crib, the hotel doesn't have them. Office is small and not the easiest to find. Broken window. Overpriced. If i paid 1/2 i would have given it an extra star to make 3. Its non smoking however every other room had piles of cigarette butts and or people immediately outside their door smoking. It was sketchy in the day and much worse after dark. When we arrived at our room, the door wasnt even shut. Very hard to shut the door had to slam it to get it to latch. At night lots of random people hanging out in the back. No one monitoring or regulating the grounds. Huge roach in room. "Water bug" ants around the kitchen sink. Only one small bar of soap in bathroom. No other tolietries or soaps. Bad mold in the back of the freezer. Very dirty floors. Looked clean but walking with barefeet inside the room, our feet were black with dirt. The only perk is it was near the Army base, Starbucks, Wal-Mart and Golden Corral. Would not stay here again. Waste of money.

It had cockroaches it smelled like weed and my husband is allergic to weed. He is also the chief of police so he can’t have that in his system. It was horrible and there was no one to call.

I have traveled and stayed in many hotels before, and this is by far the worst ever. It's not the staffs fault it's the cards they are dealt with. If I was the owner of this property, I would be embarrassed. The local health inspector would be there all day and would need a wheelbarrow of citations.

The room was pretty messed up with a lot of damages. The shower had no certain so water went everywhere and had what looked like mold in the vent. Also there was poor staff, they said they don’t do house keeping every day and that if we need new towels to do bring them down to switch them out. There was also a lot of cigarettes everywhere outside the rooms and all over the elevator. Overall it wasn’t the best stay but it served its purpose.

The only thing done well was that the room was clean. No cookware or utensils were provided. When asked I was told they quit providing them during Covid and that I could get them from Walmart. The refrigerator leaked. The smell of marijuana was very strong throughout the property. The one elevator was very moody and usually did not work at all. I was on the 3rd floor. The stairs were crumbling but fortunately there were bits of caution tape around to warn me of the dangerous, run down areas I should avoid. Late at night people were playing music and singing loudly as if auditioning for American Idol. Same night a screaming and yelling match broke out at 0130 that lasted for hours. I do not know how this place is even listed as a legitimate place to stay. Do NOT stay there!

The place is extremely dirty !!!! There are roches in the fridge and freezer and by the bed side dresser there were some small bugs in the kitchen sink . Everything is dirty the rooms smell a lot like smoke theirs cigarettes all over the property. This is the worst hotel ever!!!!!!!
