Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were kind and professional. Gave us a fourth floor room and we entered the room to find an average hotel room. We had much difficulty with the climate control and had to call the front desk. They told us that they had to do something on their end to make it work correctly. Needless to say it took an extended period of time to get the room to a desired temperature of 70°. The staff was responsive enough. Overall, it felt like we were in a room of a hotel that was at least 20 years old. When we know it’s probably not much more than 10 years old. Everything was very original and not upgraded since it was built. The bed was comfortable enough, and the bathroom was clean.

The location was right off the interstate and only a five minute drive to MU. And a short drive to grocery stores/restaurants. Great location plenty of parking. Staff always greeted you when you came in to proximity of them. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Kitchen staff continuously asked if you needed anything and checked on you. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time.
