Upon arrival, the gentleman who checked me in was not hospitable. No smile, no additional info like: where the elevators are, or when is breakfast, or how do I get to my room. When I asked for sheets for the pull out bed in the sofa, he begrudgingly got two sheets “we don’t have blankets for those.” Why does the room state it can sleep 4 people if you only offer bedding for one bed?!
The walls looked grungy but everything else seemed clean.
Now, on the flip side, the morning crew- fabulous group of ladies! Constantly keeping the breakfast hot and fresh, wiping down tables and counters and a overall kind personalities. Thank you for making what was a rough first hotel stay for my son a little bit less shocking.
