Manager on duty was very nice and accommodating. That was not the issue. The room was not up to par even for the low cost it was. The bed spread was stained and very dirty looking. The pillow cases had dog hair under them and hair on the sheets. The light above the sink did not work. The toilet seat was dirty and chipped. First room was supposed to be “non-smoking” but it definitely wasn’t so we’re t to a second room. Even though it was a “non-smoking” room, the smell was better but only “masked” with air freshener or something because when it faded, the room had the smoke smell too. It was so unclean that we ended up leaving and not staying the night at all.

It had been a few years since I was there last but needed a night before an early-morning flight. Now it’s a total trash heap. First room had no chair. Second room had no light in the bathroom and HVAC unit didn’t work, no remote for TV. I left with a refund. Will never go there again. It’s a slum and a disgrace.

We were unable to stay. They did not have the room I originally booked. The front desk insisted I booked a smoking room with one large bed intead of the non smoking room with two double beds even after I showed my reservation confirmation. The front desk said they refunded me, but it was to a MasterCard not a Visa and not even the correct amount. Supposedly refunded for $58 and I paid $70.

My stay was good. It wasn't a 5 star hotel but I didn't expect that. It was close to a meeting I had downtown and the location was perfect.The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean. Everything I needed for the evening. Will stay there again when I have future meetings downtown. Thanks

The comforter had stains on it , the coffee pot didn't have a place to put the coffee pod in to brew, and there was only a few squares of toilet paper on it with no back up.

We stayed in room 213 at Red Roof Inn in Columbia Missouri. The room felt very neglected and unsafe. The sink faucet leaked on the counter and under the vanity. The vanity was broken and laying under the sink in two pieces. There was an open hole in the wall just feet from the water on the floor with an exposed wire. The bath had hairs in it, so none of us felt safe to use it. The swing lock on the door didn’t have a locking mechanism severely compromising the safety of the room. We encountered bugs, burn holes in sheets and coverlet. Both beds were missing the middle blanket. Only two towels were left for three people staying in a four person room. One hand towel and zero wash clothes. The AC made such a loud noise that we didn’t use it. Room was dirty. I have photos available. Staff was friendly.

The first room we got had no pillows, and there was a water leak near the desk. Some drunk person was knocking at the door. Someone from the staff came and talked to that person. The area is not quite safe.

The room was not cleaned at all. We arrived late in the evening and was told that's the only available room. After complaining, we were given another room. This room only had one working light over the sink. The bathroom and main lights were out. A/C unit didn't work. Towels looked used. We were stuck because other hotels were booked. Customer service was horrible.

I've never been so dissapointed in a hotel as I was with this stay. I expected the bare minimum as it's a Red Roof, but to have the phone cable cut, a hole in the bathroom door, the fan in the bathroom to have it's cover just hanging there and no toilet paper! Let's just say that will be the last time I try and save money!
