Worst experience. Two minutes after checking in there was all sorts of police activity at the front of the hotel, ended up being criminals in the room next to mine. The clerk at the front desk made a last-minute change to my room, so the whole thing was very sketchy. After fleeing for safety reasons, I informed the hotel that I would not be staying and they assured me I would get a refund. One month after the fact and they have not made it right with Expedia, Expedia hasn’t contacted me and I’m out for three nights of fees that I paid upfront. Expedia promised me the day would take care of it, the hotel promised they would take care of it, and now I’m just out 500 bucks so all that to say yeah my stay wasn’t ideal.

My room had no towels or soap shampoo and conditioner. Also found a torch and drug paraphernalia in the drawers i disposed of them. Also no coffee pot or coffee mix like most rooms usually have.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to guests' needs, and the breakfast is delicious there. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for here value-wise, and the outdoor corridors do smell like marijuana, especially the common areas. The room was not too bad at all, but there were no complimentary toiletries.
