Whether you are hosting a family meal, relaxing at the breakfast bar, or hanging out in the finished basement, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. Just 3 minutes from Hoover Reservoir and a short drive to Polaris/Easton.
The Space:
Designed for large families and groups, this home offers the privacy of a cabin with plenty of room to spread out. With two distinct living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, everyone has space to relax.
The Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is set up for cooking large meals, featuring:
A professional Gas Range with double ovens and a griddle.
Custom cabinetry with wine storage and a stone backsplash.
A dedicated Coffee Bar with a Keurig, drip maker and kettle.
Seating at the peninsula bar and a high-top dining table.
Two Living Areas:
Main Living Room: Features exposed wooden beams, a stone accent wall, and a unique live-edge coffee table with a large Smart TV.
Lower Level Rec Room: A second finished living area downstairs featuring leather seating, a large TV. Perfect for movie nights or giving the kids their own space.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12):
Primary Bedroom: King Bed | Features vaulted ceilings, a large arched window with forest views, a work desk, and a sliding barn door.
Bunk Room: 3 Bunk Beds (Sleeps 6) | A spacious room complete with its own wall-mounted TV.
Main Living Room: 1 Sleeper Sofa
Basement: 1 Sleeper Sofa
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house, the finished basement with walk-out access, and the grounds. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room for your convenience.
Restricted Areas: The only areas off-limits are any closets marked with "Staff Only" signs.
Other Things to Note:
BBQ Grill: A grill and propane tank are provided. Please note that propane is self-service and we do not refill the tank between stays. If the tank runs out, you will need to exchange it at a nearby gas station. If you prefer us to handle the exchange, we can do so for a service fee plus the cost of the tank.
