Overpriced in my opinion. Apparently, it's a European-inspired hotel which equates to small rooms and a bland lobby. Had I done some additional research before booking, I would've gone elsewhere.

Check in process was easy but we didnt like the fact that valet was the only option for parking. Also, we ordered a room with a king size bed but the bed was a queen size. Water temperature with shower was not consistent. Was cold then very hot.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and good customer service. The restaurant on top is great! Make sure to book a reservation. Great local close to the Short North area. Also right across the street from the North Market My only suggestion is to request a room opposite of the highway side (rt 71). It’s loud at night with the highway

Parking sucks if you dont use there valet parking, 40 $a night to park your vehical after spending lots of money for a room itself. Breakfast only looks fancy, tastes better then mcdonalds though. Overall aside from those 2 things, its an amazing facility, clean, accommodating, and an amazing view of the city!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The amenities were great. The rooftop restaurant/bar was very nice with great food. The room was clean and comfortable. There is so much within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.
