There are obvious steps happening to improve the hotel overall but it still leaves a lot to be desired. New flooring in rooms, updated bathrooms. Furniture all old and beat up. Bed itself was not bad - headboard had enough dust on it to kill a horse though.

There was no breakfast offered. The people who are operating this facility are not friendly. I thought I has rented the Penthouse suite, because it was to be a smoking room. However, when I arrived, i was put in a first floor room. The door key would not work. Why ??? There was a person already in that room. So, there was a second attempt to place me in a first floor room. The entry key did not work. At this point I became angry and demanded that I be placed in a second floor room. That request was accommodated. The room is not fit for me to take a shower as it was not clean at all. The bed is excellent, but the room needs a major cleaning.

Room was never cleaned or entered while thre for 4 nights- no clean towels, no emptying of trash. Had to ask several times for toilet paper. The room itself was adequate and comfortably, but these few things would have made stay more pleasant.

The room needs some updating and there could be an ice bucket and cups in the room. Real curtains. Was very loud. Was given a key to a room with someone in it the first round. A poor elderly man was running the desk with out any computers.

There were people sitting on the walk way outside of the rooms, it was not quiet at all. Pet friendly? The first thing the young man barked at me when I walked in the door is we don’t allow dogs. That needs to be removed from the Expedia site, because they don’t allow pets. They reuse the room key holders and black out the previous room number with a sharpie. My room number was the 3rd room number written on the key holder. The young man at the front desk is extremely rude and needs to learn some manners! It doesn’t matter what you’re trying to speak with him about, he has attitude. He should not be working with the public. He’s extremely rude to women and very disrespectful.

Is was older and a little run down. The shower head didn't work properly. Also when I checked in the wanted a xerox copy of my ID and credit card, that keep on file. I'm not sure of another Hotel that does that.

I had an exterminator come to my house & he advised to stay at a hotel with my son for the night because of the smell. I came here and it was cheap.. wasn’t expecting that much cockroaches honestly I hate them but it wasn’t bad. The bed was great and comfy.

I was given Room 312, upon entering the window was wide open and there was no screen, they are doing construction so with the window open everything in the room was covered with dust and dirt. The hallways looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in months, homeless people sleeping on the luggage carts in the entrance way. The furniture in the room looked like it was at least 15 years old. If there are no other hotels near here available sleep in your car

It was the worst place I have ever seen, and I have travelled around the world. We did not stay and left within 30 minutes. We had to drive home at midnight 3 hrs. It was disgustingly dirty with cockroaches and furniture falling apart. I may call the health department. It should not be on your website.

Cockroaches all over property, traps hidden in rooms. Moldy shower curtains. Dirty used bar of soap left in the shower. Coat hanger pulled out of the wall, poor fixed hole in the bathroom door. Our room smelt like wet paint for hours, when we talked to the person at the front desk. They came to the room and said they couldn’t smell anything, as if we were lying. Said it was coming from the hallway, when asked they’d be painting when people are staying on the floor. He argued with us, said there were no rooms to move us to, then found us on room on the same floor that he said where the paint smells were coming from. Crackheads everywhere screaming outside. No breakfast and cockroaches in the lobby. We had to work with Expedia to cancel the second night, extremely disappointed with the customer service and the state of the room.

This property doesn’t look like the pictures at all! The blinds were broken in the room, bed was hard and the shower did not work. So I cancelled my stay for the remaining days and they refused a refund. Not very accommodating at all with my experience.
