Overall stay was nice and peaceful. We had a loud noise we asked if something in our room could be looked at. A manager checked it out and said it would bother her as well so she left and told me she was going to see what she could do. One of the women at check in wasn't very personable. I understand other customers can be rude or cause you to be upset but that doesn't mean you take it out on other guests. One of the managers was very nice and helpful when it came to finding a solution for our problem in our room to be fixed. Overall a nice hotel to sleep.

We were in town for a comedy show having chose this hotel as we stayed here a fee months ago with an excellent experience. Front desk was friendly when checking in. Check-in was easy. Room clean. The beds (we had 2 queen beds) were clean, but man were the mattresses hard. A/C worked great. Shower was nice. We wanted to connect our laptop to the tv for streaming. Had great difficulty getting the connection to work. TV input would not work. Bought a universal remote and that fixed it. One of the drawers on the dresser wouldnt stay shut. Seems the dresser was tilted a smidge? Smoke alarm battery started beeping. Called the front desk for replacement and they were there within 10 minutes. All in all great stay. Just very minor annoyances. 8/10. Will stay again next time we are in Columbus.
