Great stay. Nice hotel. Good location by the airport. But BE WARNED that vehicles with out of state license plates do get broke into. Ours did and things were stolen. Cops said it happens on a regular basis. A security guard and cameras are on sight, but it still happened!!

The only thing I didn’t like was they ran out of milk so my baby couldn’t have cereal and our heat didn’t work in our room. They offered a space heater but no discount for the inconvenience

For a one-night stay, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was okay. Our only complaint is that we did not sleep very well due to the very loud AC/heater unit. Every time it kicked on, it was very loud and woke us up.

Check in was upsetting because their requirements for incidental charges. They only allowed using certain cards. Room was disappointing because it wasn’t clean. Bathroom n carpet. Curtains were dirty with holes. Not having a microwave in room was a hassle but it was located by elevators. Pool was decent small yet warm water. The free breakfast was also decent.

People running in the halls at all hours. Weed smell constantly. Pool area in disrepair. Standing water on the deck, way too much chemical, no towels. Half of the plugs in the room didn’t work. Mini fridge ran constantly. Deadbolt and safety lock didn’t work. Stains all over the carpet in the room. Do better.

Even though there is a sign that says the hotel is under renovations, it does not excuse the hotel from trying to keep the hallways and rooms clean. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, garbage was visible in the hallways. The bathroom in the room had dirt on the walls, vents, and the sliding barn door didn’t stay shut. The heater was extremely loud. The staff at the lobby was very nice. The beds were comfortable. However, I’m happy we only had to stay here 1 night. There are so many other hotels in the area.

Very fast and great staff. Rooms could use some maintenance as it honestly looked like someone was throwing a knife into the ceiling of our room. The bed also felt broken down by the foot area making it slope a bit. For a weekend trip it did nicely.
